If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. We may require photos of the item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
